MR. VIC PORPIO - is a chemical engineer by profession and has extensive experience in safety, environmental, energy, and manufacturing management. As a Practitioner, he was part of the team that drafted at least 2 frameworks in establishing a culture of excellence at Nestle, Tablon Plant, namely the "DRIFT" culturing a culture, and "LIFE" for continual improvement models.
His international exposure include being sent to the following countries for training, conference and actual field study visit, namely: Leige, Belgium, Florida, USA, Shanghai China, Singapore, Thailand, Malaysia and India.
His professional achievements and involvement include the following: Board of Director, Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers - LIDE Chapter (1991-1992), Treasurer, Philippine Instrumentation and Control Society - Leyte Chapter, (1991), President, Safety Organization of the Philippines - CDO chapter (2000-2001). President, Philippine Institute of Chemical Engineers - Cagayan de Oro Chapter, (2004), Board of director, Energy Management Association of the Philippines (2006-2008),
Currently, he is a free-lance project consultant of M&A Resource Training Center.
