COSME T. PACANA - Fatima Pacana - She has extensive experience in Micro-finance business using the Grameen Methodology. She has 7 years of experience working with Socialized Ipil Koop Livelihood Assistance to Borrowers (SIKLAB), an outreach program of Ipil Cooperative.

Serving in her capacity as Development Officer and then, Branch Coordinator, she was in-charged in the supervision and continuous education and training of numerous centers covering 12 municipalities and involving more than 10, 000 borrowers. She also served as Project Officer of the Oro Investment Micro-Finance Coop - the first primary cooperative registered as a Micro-finance at the Cooperative Development Authority, Region X, based in El Salvador, Misamis Oriental.

As a passer of Licensure Examination For Teachers (LET), she has completed the Kooparalan course sponsored by the Institute of Coop Excellence, she is also a graduate of Credit Union Competency Course (CUCC) and Credit Union Directors Competency Course (CUDCC) conducted by NATCCO-ACCU respectively.

Currently, she serves as Executive Director of Wordspring Foundation Inc. based in Cagayan de Oro City.
