A resource center based in Cagayan de Oro City, managed by competent and experienced facilitators and trainers and backed up by a pool of professionals in different fields.
It was conceptualized in 1991 and registered with the Department of Trade & Industry in 1993.
It has been formed in response to the emerging need of companies and organizations in the field of human resource management and development in Mindanao.
